Primary Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via chat
- Maintain accuracy and clarity in written communication
- Follow process guidelines and service-level expectations
- Ensure excellent customer experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 12th pass or graduate
- Proficiency in written English
- Valuable typing speed & computer skills
- Ability to work rotational shifts
- Willingness to relocate to Ahmedabad
