Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Guest Relationship Executive to manage client interactions, ensure excellent guest experiences, and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist clients and guests professionally.
- Handle guest inquiries, calls, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate site visits, meetings, and client appointments.
- Maintain client records and ensure timely communication.
- Address customer concerns and ensure client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience in hospitality, customer service, or real estate will be an advantage.
