Customer Welcome & Intake: Greet customers warmly, listen to vehicle concerns, document symptoms or inspection needs, and inspect vehicles.
Repair Orders & Estimates: Create detailed repair orders, calculate labor and parts costs, and explain service charges.
Technician Coordination: Relay customer problems to mechanics, monitor repair progress, and consult on technical issues.

Typical Qualifications
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of automotive systems, repair terminology, and manufacturer guidelines.
