Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, and converting them into sales by offering suitable real estate solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact potential and existing clients via phone to promote real estate projects.
- Explain property features, pricing, and benefits to prospective buyers.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, follow up with leads, and maintain a strong pipeline.
- Understand client requirements and offer tailored real estate solutions.
- Schedule property visits and coordinate with the sales team for closures.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, inquiries, and sales using CRM software.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
- Stay updated with real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor projects.





Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections and convince potential buyers.
- Target-driven mindset with a passion for sales.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English and regional languages (as per job location).
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
