Email & WhatsApp Marketing Executive

Job Description

We are looking for an Email & WhatsApp Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and manage email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns for business outreach, lead nurturing, customer engagement, and sales follow-ups.

The role focuses on email campaigns, WhatsApp communication, contact database management, personalized messaging, campaign monitoring, and re-engaging potential customers to generate business opportunities for our digital marketing, website development, and IT services.

Key responsibilities include:

- Plan and execute email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns to reach potential business clients and engage existing prospects
- Build, organize, segment, and maintain contact databases based on industry, location, business type, interests, and other relevant criteria
- Prepare personalized email and WhatsApp messages to introduce company services and communicate relevant business perks
- Manage campaign sequences, follow-ups, reminders, and re-engagement messages to encourage responses from potential clients
- Use email marketing platforms, WhatsApp Business tools, CRM systems, and automation tools to manage campaigns efficiently
- Segment contact lists and customize campaign messages based on prospect profiles, engagement history, and potential requirements
- Support business outreach campaigns for services such as digital marketing, SEO, Google Ads, website development, social media marketing, and other IT solutions
- Set up and monitor campaign schedules, automated sequences, message templates, and follow-up workflows




- Track campaign performance, including delivery rates, email opens where available, clicks, replies, bounce rates, WhatsApp responses, and conversions
- Analyze campaign results and improve subject lines, message content, calls to action, timing, and audience segmentation
- Maintain accurate records of campaign activities, prospect responses, follow-ups, and engagement status in CRM software or spreadsheets
- Identify interested prospects and coordinate with the Sales or Business Development team for further follow-up
- Maintain email list hygiene, suppress unsubscribed contacts, honor opt-out requests, and follow applicable email marketing and WhatsApp messaging policies
- Use approved contact lists and appropriate consent-based practices for WhatsApp campaigns and other marketing communications
- Work toward defined campaign execution targets, engagement goals, qualified response targets, and lead-generation objectives

Experience

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Experience in email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, campaign management, digital marketing, CRM follow-ups, or marketing automation is preferred. Candidates should be comfortable managing contact databases, preparing campaign messages, tracking responses,



and improving campaign performance.

- Candidates with experience in email outreach, database marketing, customer engagement, lead nurturing, or campaign automation will have an advantage

Candidates should have good written communication, attention to detail, organizational skills, and an interest in using marketing tools to improve outreach effectiveness. The ability to manage campaigns consistently, maintain accurate contact records, and generate meaningful responses is more important than simply sending large volumes of messages.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
