Senior Extrusion Operator – uPVC Profile

Experience: 3–5+ years in uPVC/PVC profile extrusion
Location: Hindupur, Andhra Pradesh
Machines: 55 mm & 65 mm Extruders

Key Responsibilities

- Independently operate and manage 55 mm & 65 mm uPVC extrusion lines.
- Set and monitor temperature, screw RPM, motor load, vacuum, cooling, haul-off and cutting parameters.
- Maintain required kg/mtr, dimensions, surface finish, colour and overall profile quality.
- Troubleshoot extrusion issues such as brittleness, yellowing, poor fusion, surface defects, low output and weight variation.
- Coordinate with QC, mixing, stores and maintenance teams.
- Minimize scrap, wastage and machine downtime.

Chemical / Formulation Knowledge – Mandatory

Candidate must have practical knowledge of:

- PVC Resin & K-value
- CaCO₃ / filler grades
- Stabilizer
- TiO₂
- Impact Modifier
- Processing Aid
- PE Wax / Internal & External Lubricants
- OB-1 and other additives





Must understand how changes in resin, CaCO₃, stabilizer, impact modifier, processing aid and lubricants affect profile strength, fusion, surface finish, colour, output and processing.

Grade & Quality Knowledge

Should be able to handle different uPVC quality grades/formulations and understand what needs to be checked or adjusted when changing:

- Resin grade
- CaCO₃ loading
- Chemical/additive dosage
- Profile weight
- Quality requirements

Candidate Requirement

We need a PVC/uPVC extrusion technician, not just a machine operator. The candidate should have solid practical knowledge of PVC chemicals + formulation + extrusion parameters + quality troubleshooting and be capable of guiding junior operators.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
