- Develop and execute daily, weekly, and master production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery timelines.
- Monitor production budgets, estimate costs, negotiate vendor or material expenses, and implement cost-saving or waste-reduction strategies.
- Enforce quality control standards, investigate defects, track KPI scorecards (such as run speed and downtime), and drive continuous improvement.
- Hire, train, schedule, coach, and evaluate production staff, operators, and supervisors to build a high-energy, accountable floor culture.
- Partner with procurement, logistics, and upper management to resolve bottlenecks and streamline the supply chain.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
