About the Role: LTM is seeking a Specialist - Cloud Engineering to lead digital workplace and end-user services strategy, driving scalable hybrid cloud solutions, endpoint collaboration, and virtual workspaces to elevate enterprise productivity and operational excellence.

Role and Responsibilities (What You'll Do):

- Define the digital workplace vision, service portfolio, reference architecture, roadmap, standards, and experience-led operating model across enterprise environments.
- Architect endpoint management strategies for Windows, macOS, mobile, rugged devices, kiosks, and shared devices using on-premises and cloud-native management platforms.
- Design and govern Microsoft 365 or equivalent productivity services, including collaboration, email, meeting rooms, telephony integration, file sharing, and user adoption.
- Lead modern management initiatives including Autopilot or equivalent provisioning, application packaging, software distribution, patching, compliance, endpoint analytics, and device lifecycle.
- Design VDI/DaaS and application virtualization across on-premises platforms and cloud services, addressing profile identity, image management, capacity, and resilience patterns.
- Embed zero trust, conditional access, encryption, DLP, endpoint detection, least privilege, secure browser, and compliance controls in collaboration with security teams.
- Manage OEMs, software vendors, managed service providers, licensing contracts, adoption financials, and service-level outcomes to optimize enterprise value.

Qualifications (What You'll Bring):

Must-Have:

- Demonstrated proficiency in endpoint management tools including Citrix XenApp-Xendesktop, UEM software distribution, patching, configuration, device compliance, and lifecycle management.
- Comprehensive expertise in Microsoft 365 Suites of Products, covering email, meetings, collaboration, file sharing, and adoption methodologies.




- Hands-on experience in virtual workspace architectures including VDI, DaaS, application virtualization, user profiles, image management, capacity planning, and user experience optimization.
- Proven knowledge of identity security frameworks such as Active Directory, cloud identity, MFA, conditional access, EDR, encryption, DLP, and privileged endpoint controls.
- Strong background in leadership, enterprise strategy, architecture, governance, transformation programs, vendor management, and executive communication.

Preferred:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, complemented by relevant practical experience in complex enterprise environments.
- Industry certifications such as Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator or Architect, Azure Virtual Desktop or equivalent VDI certification, ITIL Foundation, or Security/Identity credentials.
- Strong domain expertise in digital workplace services, coupled with exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, presentation, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
