We are looking for a Marketing & Branding Executive to manage marketing plans, brand activities, and campaign delivery for a premium residential villa project in Hyderabad.

In this role, you will work with marketing agencies, brand consultants, vendors, and sales teams to turn ideas into action. You will help plan campaigns, manage brand activities, track leads, and ensure all marketing work is done on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

- Plan and manage the marketing calendar for digital campaigns, social media, property portals, events, referrals, and channel partners.
- Work with marketing agencies to plan content, prepare campaign briefs, review creatives, and manage publishing schedules.
- Keep property portal listings updated and coordinate marketing support for sales teams and channel partners.
- Track campaign results, lead sources, and lead quality. Prepare monthly reports and suggest ways to improve results.
- Coordinate with brand consultants to keep the brand clear and consistent across all marketing channels.
- Plan and manage property events, expos, launch promotions, brand activations, and influencer or partner activities.
- Manage the design, production, and delivery of brochures, hoardings, signage, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Coordinate with vendors, printers, fabricators, and event teams on quotes, budgets, approvals, timelines, and quality.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and telecalling teams to support lead generation and sales goals.
- Ensure all leads and enquiries are recorded, tagged by source,



and shared with the right team.
- Maintain marketing calendars, campaign trackers, vendor records, budgets, and progress reports.
- Visit project sites when needed to check branding, signage, marketing materials, and event execution.

Qualifications

- A Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, Brand Management, or a related field.
- 3 5 years of experience in marketing coordination, brand execution, or campaign management.
- Positive experience in planning and running brand activations or events.
- Experience working with marketing agencies, creative teams, brand consultants, printers, and event vendors.
- Strong planning, communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage several tasks, deadlines, budgets, and teams at the same time.
- Comfort with spreadsheets, CRM systems, marketing tools, and campaign reports.
- Good working knowledge of English, Telugu, and Hindi.
- Experience in real estate, residential projects, or property launches is an advantage.
