Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage day-to-day HR activities and support the company's workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection.

Manage employee joining, onboarding, attendance, and leave records.

Handle payroll coordination, employee documentation, and HR reports.

Manage employee relations, grievances, and engagement activities.

Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.

Support performance appraisals, training, and employee development.

Coordinate with department heads to meet manpower requirements.

Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or a related field.

5–7 years of experience in HR management.

Good knowledge of recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and labour laws.

Strong communication, coordination, and team management skills.

Positive knowledge of MS Office and HR systems.
