Role Overview

- Position Title: General Manager (GM)

- Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Operating Officer (COO), Board of Directors, or Regional Manager

- Primary Objective: Maximize operational efficiency, boost profitability, and align daily unit functions with long-term company goals

Key Responsibilities

- Operations & Strategy: Formulate and execute business strategies, oversee daily operations, and set short- and long-term performance goals.

- Financial & Budget Management: Develop and control operating budgets, monitor financial health, review financial statements, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)

- Team Leadership & HR: Direct recruitment, hiring, training, and staff development processes; evaluate employee productivity; and resolve internal conflicts.
