- Supervise daily production activities as per the production plan and schedule.
- Monitor manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, and safety standards.
- Handle batch manufacturing, equipment operation, and in-process activities.
- Ensure proper documentation of batch manufacturing records (BMR) and production reports.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Maintenance, and Stores departments for smooth production operations.
- Monitor manpower allocation, productivity, and production targets.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, housekeeping, and safety requirements in the production area.
- Identify process deviations and report issues to the Production Manager.
- Ensure proper material handling and minimize production wastage.
