- Supervise daily winding activities and ensure production targets are achieved.
- Monitor winding machine operations and ensure proper handling of materials.
- Guide and allocate work to winding operators as per production requirements.
- Ensure winding quality, accuracy, and adherence to technical specifications.
- Check wire winding, coil formation, insulation, and related processes as applicable.
- Coordinate with the Quality and Maintenance departments to resolve production issues.
- Maintain production records, material usage, and rejection reports.
- Ensure workplace safety, 5S, and housekeeping standards
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of winding processes, machines, and tools.
- Ability to manage manpower and monitor production activities.
- Understanding of quality standards and safety procedures.
- Positive coordination, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
Required Qualification: - Diploma - Electrical
Salary :- Upto 2.40 LPA
