Job Description

Audit and Assurance:

- Finalisation of TB and balance sheet
- Audit of Listed & Unlisted Companies
- Good working knowledge of IndAS and Local GAAPs
- Must have good exposure in accounts writing on Tally or SAP or any other ERP
- Assisting in auditing, preparation of annual schedules and attending the queries of the auditors
- Monthly MIS and proficiency in Excel
- Filing / Calculations of Income tax returns, TDS returns and GST returns
- Income Tax Assessment and Appeals / GST Litigations
- Exposure on Tax softwares like Winman or any other
- Familiarity with FDI/FEMA compliance, ROC Compliance
- Overall compliance for companies
