About the Role
We are looking for an experienced PPC / Performance Marketing Manager to lead and grow the performance marketing business across Metaweb MetaClicks and MetaOne. The role involves managing paid advertising campaigns budgets client relationships team performance and overall business profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute PPC strategies across Google Ads Meta Ads Bing Ads LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Manage campaign planning execution optimisation and performance tracking.
- Monitor campaign budgets ROAS ROI CPA CAC and conversion rates.
- Manage PPC business revenue profitability and client account growth.
- Oversee GA4 Google Tag Manager conversion tracking and campaign reporting.
- Prepare performance reports and present insights and recommendations to clients.
- Lead train mentor and manage the PPC team.
- Build campaign management processes SOPs and quality-control standards.
- Identify opportunities for client retention upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with SEO social media creative and web development teams.
- Explore AI-driven marketing tools automation and lead-generation solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5–12 years of experience in PPC and performance marketing.
- At least 2–3 years of team management or end-to-end business ownership experience.
- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads Meta Ads and Bing Ads.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts and substantial advertising budgets.
- Strong knowledge of GA4 Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio.
- Expertise in campaign optimisation conversion tracking and performance analytics.
- Robust understanding of ROAS ROI CPA CAC and marketing funnels.
- Excellent client communication analytical leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with international clients particularly Australian clients is preferred.
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are an advantage.
