Design configure implement and support incentive compensation solutions in SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management (SAP Commissions / CallidusCloud).
Key Responsibilities
- Configure compensation plans fixed values variables formulas rules and rate tables.
- Maintain participants positions titles relationships and organizational structures.
- Configure crediting measurements incentives deposits and payments.
- Implement effective-dated plans and complex commission calculation logic.
- Execute monitor and troubleshoot calculation pipelines and reconcile results.
- Translate business requirements into configurations and support SIT UAT and production deployments.
- Document solutions and resolve compensation calculation discrepancies.
Required Skills
- Hands-on SAP Commissions / SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management configuration.
- Strong knowledge of compensation plans crediting measurements incentives and payments.
- Experience with formulas rules rate tables and calculation pipelines.
- SQL skills for data validation and troubleshooting.
Preferred Skills
- SAP HANA SQL and API familiarity.
- Implementation migration or enhancement project experience.
Candidate Profile
Candidates should have practical SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management implementation or enhancement experience solid troubleshooting skills and the ability to work with functional and technical stakeholders.
