MIS:

Managing Excel MIS Backend database

Create templates and formats using advanced excel & macros

Preparing extensive business review reports.

Excel related report updation on a regular basis.

Preparation of Ad hoc MIS reports as required

Manage Sales force automation mobile app and backend database

Commercials:

Processing various claims travel expense statements

Checking bills & invoices

General Admin:

General coordination - logistics & invoicing

Coordinate with sales force mobile app vendor for troubleshooting of mobile app

Coordinate with factory and cfa for any invoicing or stock related queries.

Maintenance of complete database of distributors outlets and trade channel related info
