Hiring: Librarian (English Medium School) Gandhinagar Ahmedabad

A reputed English Medium State Board School in Gandhinagar Ahmedabad is looking for a Librarian.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors Degree in Library & Information Science (./.)

- Masters Degree in Library & Information Science (./.) preferred

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Librarian in a school/educational institution

- Knowledge of library management systems and cataloguing

- Good computer skills and record management

Requirements:

- Fluent English speaking skills

- Passion for literacy reading and books

- Strong public speaking and storytelling abilities

- Ability to conduct reading programs and engage students in literary activities

- Excellent organizational and communication skills

Added Advantage:

- Ability to teach Classical Dance

- Proficiency in any additional language

Work Timings:

- Regular school timings: 7:20 AM to 1:30 PM (6 hours)

- On certain days candidates may be required to stay till 3:30 PM (up to 8 hours) based on school activities and requirements

Salary: Up to 23000 CTC

Location: Gandhinagar Ahmedabad
