- Lead mentor and develop high-performing engineering teams to ensure smooth functioning and continuous professional growth
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the engineering department while maintaining adherence to organizational policies procedures and regulatory requirements
- Develop and execute strategic engineering initiatives aligned with organizational goals and market demands
- Supervise the upkeep maintenance and optimization of all engineering equipment and infrastructure
- Analyze technical challenges and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and product quality

Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
- Minimum 2-4 years of progressive experience in engineering operations and team leadership
- Proven expertise in managing and engaging engineering teams of varying sizes
- Robust technical knowledge and hands-on experience in engineering practices and methodologies
- Demonstrated proficiency in project management budget management and resource planning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
- Strategic thinking ability with experience in developing and implementing organizational initiatives
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software tools and systems
- Knowledge of industry standards compliance requirements and best practices
