Job Summary

We are looking for a technically sound and well-organized Project Coordinator to manage coordination and documentation for LED Lighting Projects across Gujarat. The candidate will coordinate with site engineers, project teams, and the back-office team to ensure smooth project execution, timely documentation, and proper reporting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project & Site Coordination

- Coordinate with site engineers and project teams for ongoing LED lighting projects across Gujarat.
- Conduct site visits as required to monitor project progress and resolve coordination issues.
- Follow up on project timelines, work status, material requirements, and pending activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth project execution.

2. Project Documentation

- Prepare and maintain project-related documents, reports, checklists, and records.
- Collect site progress updates, photographs, measurements, and completion reports from site engineers.
- Maintain proper records of project-wise documentation and site activities.
- Follow up for pending documents, approvals, and project completion formalities.

3. Back-Office & Reporting

- Prepare daily/weekly project progress reports using MS Excel.
- Maintain project trackers, schedules, and status reports.
- Update project data and ensure accurate record-keeping.




- Coordinate with the office team regarding project updates, requirements, and pending tasks.

4. Team Coordination & Follow-Up

- Maintain regular communication with site engineers and the Project Head.
- Track pending work and follow up with the concerned team members.
- Identify coordination gaps and escalate issues to management when required.

Candidate Requirements

- Qualification: Diploma / BE in Electrical Engineering or related engineering field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, site engineering, electrical projects, or LED lighting projects preferred.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge and good coordination skills may also apply.
- Must have a valid driving licence and be comfortable driving a four-wheeler.
- Willingness to travel across Gujarat for project-related site visits.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, email, and documentation.
- Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Candidates with experience in electrical, LED lighting, infrastructure, or similar project-based industries will be preferred.
