We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with robust expertise in ITSM and HRSD modules, excellent client-facing communication skills, and the ability to lead technical initiatives independently.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong expertise in ITSM – Incident, Problem, Change, Request, SLA and CMDB.
- Hands-on experience in HRSD – Case Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events and COE.
- Proficiency in REST API integrations, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes and Scoped Applications.
- Experience in Service Portal development and customization.
- Knowledge of Now Assist (GenAI) and Virtual Agent.
- Ability to lead client discussions, requirement gathering and technical solution design.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and technical leadership skills.
