The candidate will be responsible for preparing fresh cakes, brownies, milk cakes, laban, and other dessert items while maintaining high standards of taste, quality, hygiene, and presentation. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in bakery or dessert preparation and be able to follow recipes, maintain consistency, and manage daily production requirements. Key Responsibilities - Prepare vanilla sponge cakes and other basic cake varieties. - Prepare brownies with consistent taste, texture, and quality. - Prepare milk cakes and other milk-based desserts. - Prepare laban and related dairy-based products according to company recipes. - Follow standard recipes, ingredient measurements, and production procedures. - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the preparation area.



- Handle ingredients, equipment, and kitchen tools safely. - Monitor ingredient stock and inform the supervisor about shortages. - Ensure proper storage, labelling, and freshness of prepared products. - Minimize food wastage and maintain consistent product quality. - Complete daily production according to the company's requirements. Requirements - Previous experience in a bakery, dessert kitchen, café, or food production unit is preferred. - Practical knowledge of cake baking, brownies, and milk-based desserts. - Basic understanding of food safety, hygiene, and storage. - Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistent product quality. - Hardworking, punctual, responsible, and willing to learn. - Ability to work as part of a team.
