We are looking for a SEO and Performance Marketing Specialist who can take complete ownership of our brand’s digital marketing. This is a highly creative and independent role where you will be responsible for everything from content creation to strategy execution. Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation:
- Shoot and create high-quality photo & video content (iPhone required) for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
- Edit reels, videos, and graphics for daily/weekly posting.
- Strategy & Planning:
- Develop monthly social media calendars with engaging campaigns.
- Create growth strategies to increase brand visibility and reach.
- Plan and execute influencer collaborations.
- Execution & Management:
- Manage all social media accounts end-to-end.
- Write compelling captions, posts, and email newsletters.
- Monitor performance analytics and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Handle basic paid promotions (ads on Instagram/Meta/Google if required).
- Other Marketing Initiatives:
- Explore and manage influencer partnerships.
- Brainstorm creative ideas for brand awareness campaigns.
- Support email marketing and database management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Must own an iPhone (for content shooting).
1–3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing.
Robust skills in video editing and creative content creation.
Understanding of Instagram trends, reels, and algorithms.
Knowledge of influencer marketing and brand collaborations.
Basic experience with email marketing platforms.
Independent, self-motivated, and proactive approach — able to work without a team.
