Your work profile

- Lead SAP Data Migration workstreams across SAP S/4HANA implementation, transformation, Brownfield conversion, rollout, and support engagements.
- Design, develop, and support enterprise-scale data migration solutions using SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (SAP BODS).
- Perform end-to-end data migration activities including data extraction, transformation, cleansing, enrichment, validation, reconciliation, and loading.
- Develop source-to-target mappings, transformation rules, migration specifications, and data migration strategies aligned with business requirements.
- Execute mock loads, trial conversions, dress rehearsals, cutover activities, and post-load validation processes.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and functional teams to migrate master data and transactional data into SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Support migration of Material Master, Customer Master, Vendor/Business Partner, BOM, Financial Data, Open Transactions, and other critical business objects.
- Utilize SAP Migration Cockpit, LTMC, LTMOM, and SAP data migration tools to support effective migration execution.
- Perform data quality assessments, cleansing initiatives, reconciliation reporting, and data governance activities.
- Coordinate with functional consultants,



technical teams, and business users to resolve data migration issues and ensure data integrity.
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Go-Live, Hypercare, and production support activities.
- Prepare migration documentation, cutover plans, reconciliation reports, and data validation artifacts.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives around migration automation, data quality management, and migration governance frameworks.

Key Requirements

- 5-12 years of hands-on SAP BODS (SAP Data Services) experience.
- Proven experience in at least two or more SAP S/4HANA transformation, implementation, or migration projects.
- Strong expertise in ETL development, data migration frameworks, data integration, and data quality management.
- Extensive experience in data extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and migration activities.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Migration Cockpit, LTMC, LTMOM, migration templates, and migration object configuration.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA migration methodologies, cutover planning, mock conversions, and go-live support.
- Experience migrating Material Master, Customer Master, Vendor/Business Partner, BOM, Financial Data, Inventory Data,



and transactional business data.
- Strong SQL and database expertise across SAP HANA, Oracle, SQL Server, and other enterprise databases.
- Experience developing data migration specifications, transformation mappings, validation rules, and reconciliation frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of data governance, data profiling, data quality assessments, and master data management practices.
- Experience supporting SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration programs, Brownfield conversions, and Greenfield implementations.
- Ability to work closely with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams to resolve complex migration challenges.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- SAP Data Services (BODS), SAP S/4HANA Migration, or SAP Business Technology Platform certifications are preferred.
- Certifications in Data Management, Data Governance, ETL Technologies, or Database Administration will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to SAP Activate methodology, Agile delivery models, and large-scale ERP transformation programs is desirable.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, Consumer Goods, Retail, Life Sciences, Utilities, or other enterprise-scale industries will be an added advantage.
- Experience supporting global rollouts, SAP S/4HANA transformations, and enterprise data migration programs is highly desirable.
