Job Description – Guest Relations Executive (GRE)

Job Summary

Suburban Residency is seeking a pleasant, confident, and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to deliver exceptional guest experiences across our restaurants and hospitality facilities.

The GRE will be responsible for welcoming guests, building relationships, ensuring guest satisfaction, handling feedback, and encouraging repeat visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Warmly welcome guests and ensure a memorable dining experience.
- Interact with guests to understand their preferences and satisfaction.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally.
- Recognize regular guests and build lasting relationships.
- Coordinate with restaurant, kitchen, and management teams to resolve service concerns.
- Encourage genuine Google reviews and positive guest feedback.
- Promote restaurant specials, events, and other Suburban Residency facilities.
- Maintain guest feedback records and submit daily updates.
- Support reservations, VIP guests, and special celebrations.

Qualifications & Requirements





- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, guest relations, front office, or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam; Hindi is an advantage.
- Pleasant personality, professional grooming, and robust interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, proactive, confident, and guest-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management is an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
