We are launching a dedicated Agro-Commodities trading desk in Ahmedabad and are looking for a Business Head to own it from day one. This is a rare ground-floor leadership opportunity: you will set the strategy, build the team, and shape the desk's growth across national and international markets.

What you will do:

- Own the P&L; and business strategy of the Agro-Commodities desk

- Drive domestic and international agro-commodity trading (sourcing, buying, selling)

- Build,



mentor and lead a high-performing team of traders

- Develop relationships with suppliers, buyers and market partners

- Monitor market trends, pricing and risk, and make sound trading decisions

- Report desk performance and growth plans to senior management

What we are looking for:

- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Agro Commodity Trading (National and International)

- Strong leadership and team-building skills (must)

- Solid understanding of agro-commodity markets, pricing and trade flows

- Excellent negotiation, communication and decision-making skills

- Entrepreneurial mindset and ownership attitude
