Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) with prior experience in Admin, Sales, Lead generation, Client handling and Business Development. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a target-oriented mindset, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and other channels.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Schedule meetings with clients, Handle internal/external administrative activities.
- Maintain customer databases and sales reports.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand competitors.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth business operations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
