About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Cafe All-Rounder / Barista to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will be the face of the cafe—crafting quality coffee, preparing fresh cafe food, managing the cash counter, and creating an inviting environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

Front of House & Billing

- Greet guests warmly, answer menu questions, and make recommendations.
- Accurately take orders and operate the POS billing system.
- Handle cash, card, and digital payment transactions responsibly.
- Maintain an organized, welcoming counter and dining area.

Coffee & Beverage Station

- Dial in espresso grinders, extract espresso to standard, and steam milk with proper texture and temperature.
- Prepare a variety of hot and cold beverages (espressos, lattes, cold brews, teas, smoothies) quickly and consistently.
- Follow opening and closing equipment procedures, including backflushing espresso machines and cleaning grinders.

Food Preparation

- Prepare quick-serve items such as gourmet sandwiches, wraps, burgers, and breakfast bites according to standard recipes.
- Set up, restock, and maintain the food prep line with fresh ingredients.
- Follow basic food hygiene, safe food storage, and temperature standards.

General Cafe Operations

- Clear, wipe, and sanitize tables,



seating areas, and workstations regularly.
- Wash dishes, glassware, and kitchen utensils throughout shifts to keep stations moving.
- Restock cups, lids, syrups, dairy/non-dairy milks, and paper products.
- Assist with opening and closing checklists, daily inventory counts, and waste logging.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Prior experience as a barista or cafe all-rounder preferred; strong willingness to learn will be considered.
- Barista Skills: Competency in pulling espresso shots, steaming milk, and maintaining coffee equipment.
- Kitchen Skills: Comfortable with light food preparation (handling grills, toasters, slicers, and fryers/cooktops safely).
- Communication: Friendly demeanor with excellent customer-service and verbal communication skills.
- Multitasking: Ability to stay calm, organized, and efficient during morning and lunchtime peak hours.
- Availability: Flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: ₹9,200.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
