We’re looking for enthusiastic and customer-friendly Retail Associates to join our Chupps team in Mumbai. The role involves assisting customers, recommending the right footwear, maintaining store displays, managing stock, handling billing, and supporting daily store operations.
Key Responsibilities
● Welcome and assist customers with product selection.
● Maintain store cleanliness and visual displays.
● Manage stock, inventory checks, and product replenishment.
● Handle billing, exchanges, and customer queries as per store policies.
● Work with the team to achieve sales targets and ensure smooth store operations.
Qualifications
● Valuable communication and customer service skills.
● Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented attitude.
● Basic knowledge of billing and inventory management.
● Previous retail or footwear experience is preferred but not mandatory.
● Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
