About the Role

BLR Brewing Co. is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for beverages, strong guest-service skills, and the ability to deliver a great bar experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, beers, wines, and other beverages as per standard recipes.

* Provide warm, professional, and efficient service to guests.

* Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area.

* Ensure proper handling, storage, and presentation of beverages.

* Monitor bar inventory and coordinate with the team for stock requirements.

* Follow all SOPs and responsible alcohol-service practices.

* Handle guest requests and service concerns professionally.

* Ensure consistency in beverage quality, taste, and presentation.





* Coordinate with the service and operations teams for smooth bar operations.

* Maintain a positive and professional work environment.

What We’re Looking For

* Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant, bar, brewery, or hospitality setting is preferred.

* Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beers, wines, and beverage service.

* Strong communication and guest-handling skills.

* Good knowledge of bar hygiene and safety standards.

* Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment.

* Team player with a positive and service-oriented attitude.

* Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
