Key Responsibilities:
 Operate the batching plant and control system as per approved mix design
and production requirements.
 Manage batching of cement, aggregates, sand, water, and admixtures as
per production orders.
 Monitor concrete mixing, quality, quantity, and process parameters.
 Conduct routine checks of mixer, conveyors, silos, hopper, TMD, PLC, and
other equipment.
 Perform scheduled cleaning, lubrication, oiling, greasing, servicing, and
calibration.

 Supervise batching plant and mixer cleaning activities and maintain
required records.
 Monitor raw material availability, receiving, and protected unloading of cement
and lime.
 Report equipment breakdowns and material shortages to the concerned
departments.
 Maintain production, maintenance, and cleaning records accurately.
 Ensure compliance with SOP, quality, safety, and environmental
standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
