We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Finance Officer with a solid background in finance and investment banking. The ideal candidate will play a key leadership role in overseeing financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance, while also contributing to capital raising and investment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Fundraising through angel investors, VCs, and strategic investors.
- Identifying and securing government grants, startup funding, and subsidies.
- Managing statutory audits, taxation, and financial compliance.
- Financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, and risk management.
- Exploring equity funding, venture debt, bank financing, and alternative funding opportunities.
- Managing investor relations, financial projections, and due diligence.

Qualifications:

- CA / CMA / MBA Finance or equivalent.
- Proven fundraising and financial leadership experience.
- Strong investor network and knowledge of government funding schemes.
- Experience in SaaS, AI, IT,



or startup ecosystems preferred.
