- Implement and monitor IT security policies, access controls, antivirus, endpoint protection, and firewalls.
- Ensure regular data backups, disaster recovery testing, and business continuity planning.
- Monitor security risks and coordinate incident response. Manage IT infrastructure, including servers, desktops, laptops, printers, network devices, and storage systems.
- Ensure the availability and performance of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity.
- Manage cloud infrastructure, virtualization, and data center operations, where applicable.
- Oversee daily IT operations and provide timely technical support to users.
- Manage IT helpdesk, incident management, problem resolution, and service requests.
- Manage enterprise applications, email systems, ERP, CRM, and other business software.
- Coordinate with software vendors and internal departments for system implementation and support.
- Manage software licenses, renewals, updates, and compliance.




- Hardware manipulation.
- Prepare and manage the annual IT budget and operating expenditure.
- Experience
- Typically 5–10 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, systems administration, or IT service management.
- At least 3–5 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Technical Skills
- IT infrastructure, networking, servers, and endpoint management.
- Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID, and cloud platforms, as applicable.
- Cybersecurity, firewalls, backup solutions, and disaster recovery.
- IT asset management, software licensing, and IT service management
