Sunbuilt Energy LLP is a Commercial & Industrial (C&I;) renewable energy company delivering rooftop solar, industrial battery energy storage (BESS) and hybrid solar+storage.
Role: Field Sales Executive, Gurgaon (reports to the Director).
What you will do:
- Sell residential rooftop solar under PM Surya Ghar to societies, independent houses and builder floors in Delhi and Gurgaon.
- Generate and close B2B leads for BESS and solar+storage with factories in Gurgaon, Manesar, Bawal, Faridabad and Delhi NCR (Plant Heads, CFOs, Operations and Procurement heads).
- Visit sites, run surveys with our team, and send transparent proposals on WhatsApp and email.
- Work in the field daily and report to the Gurgaon office as needed.
You must have:
- 2+ years of FIELD sales in solar/rooftop, electrical, EPC, inverters/batteries or other industrial products. B2C door-to-door or channel-partner experience in solar is a strong plus.
- Existing contacts or knowledge of Gurgaon/Delhi RWAs,
housing societies, installers or industrial clusters.
- Own two-wheeler and smartphone, and willingness to travel daily within Delhi NCR.
- Fluent Hindi and working English.
- Ability to join within 15 days and to sell from week 1 without training.
Pay: Rs 15,000-18,000 per month fixed + travel allowance + commission (per kW sold on residential solar, and a percentage on BESS/industrial deals). Commission is paid after customer payment. Earnings depend on closures and are not guaranteed.
Probation: 3 months. Continuation is based on targets (qualified leads, site surveys and closures).
