1 E commerce Marketplace Executive

Primary Purpose: Manage and grow Madneel sales across online marketplaces.

Primary Channels or Work Area: Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO and FirstCry

Key Responsibilities

· Manage seller accounts, account health and daily marketplace operations.

· Create and maintain product listings, SKUs, sizes, colours and product images.

· Manage approved pricing, discounts, promotions and marketplace campaigns.

· Monitor stock and coordinate replenishment with production and inventory teams.

· Track orders, cancellations, returns and return to origin shipments.

· Coordinate picking, packing and dispatch within marketplace deadlines.

· Resolve catalogue issues and marketplace support cases.

· Report sales, fees, returns and channel profitability.





Primary KPI: Marketplace sales, profitability, account health and timely fulfilment

2 B2B Sales and Lead Generation Executive

Primary Purpose: Convert online business enquiries into distributor, wholesale and bulk orders.

Primary Channels or Work Area: GetDistributors, B2B platforms, business directories and export enquiries

Key Responsibilities

· Manage GetDistributors enquiries and maintain a complete lead register.

· Research and approach distributors, wholesalers, retailers and bulk buyers.

· Contact prospects by phone, WhatsApp and email.

· Share catalogues, samples, approved price lists and quotations.

· Qualify buyers by location, business type, order potential and payment readiness.

· Follow up consistently and record the next action for each lead.

· Coordinate distributor onboarding, orders, dispatch and payment follow-up.

· Develop repeat business and report qualified leads, orders and collections.

Primary KPI: Qualified leads, conversion to orders, collected revenue and repeat orders

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
