JOB DESCRIPTION – SECURITY GUARD

Position: Security Guard

Duty Hours: 12 Hours per Shift
Shift: Rotational Day/Night Shift
Weekly Off/Leave: 4 Flexible Off/Leaves per Month, as per Management Policy
Location: Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, disciplined, and alert Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of patients, visitors, staff, hospital premises, equipment, and property. The Security Guard will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment and following all hospital security procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and control the entry and exit of patients, visitors, staff, vendors, and vehicles.
- Maintain security at the hospital main gate and other designated areas.
- Verify visitor/patient attendants and issue or check visitor passes wherever applicable.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and immediately report any suspicious activity to the concerned authority.
- Conduct regular security rounds of the hospital premises, parking area, wards, and other designated areas.
- Maintain proper records of visitors, vehicles, incidents, and other security-related activities.
- Ensure that unauthorized persons do not enter restricted or sensitive areas.
- Assist in controlling crowds and maintaining discipline within the hospital premises.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, disputes, or unusual situations.
- Inform the Security In-Charge/Management immediately in case of theft, misconduct, damage, or any suspicious activity.
- Ensure proper security of hospital assets, equipment, documents, and other valuable items.
- Assist hospital staff during emergency situations, fire incidents, evacuation,



and disaster-management procedures.
- Ensure that staff follow hospital entry/exit and gate-pass procedures.
- Coordinate with hospital administration, nursing staff, maintenance staff, and local authorities when required.
- Maintain professional behavior and courteous communication with patients and their attendants.
- Follow all hospital rules, regulations, security protocols, and management instructions.
- Perform any other security-related duties assigned by the Management/Security In-Charge.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass preferred
- Previous experience in hospital/security services will be preferred.
- Physically fit and medically fit for duty.
- Alert, responsible, disciplined, and trustworthy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle emergency and difficult situations calmly.
- Basic understanding of security procedures and visitor management.
- Willingness to work in rotational Day/Night shifts.

Security In-Charge / Hospital Administration / Management

Important Employment Conditions

The selected candidate will be required to strictly follow hospital policies, security protocols, duty timings, uniform requirements, attendance rules, and instructions issued by the Management/Security In-Charge.

Management reserves the right to modify duties, responsibilities, shift timings, or work locations as per hospital operational requirements.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
