Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager (KAM) with 8-10 years of experience in managing key e-commerce and quick-commerce accounts. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with platforms such as BigBasket, Zomato, and Flipkart, along with strong account management and business growth skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow key accounts on BigBasket, Zomato, and Flipkart.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with platform account managers.
- Drive sales, revenue, and business growth across online channels.
- Plan and execute promotions, campaigns, and product launches.
- Monitor inventory, pricing, and product listings.
- Track sales performance and prepare regular business reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as operations,



supply chain, and marketing.
- Identify opportunities to improve account performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- 8-10 years of experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience managing BigBasket, Zomato, and Flipkart accounts.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
