About the Role

Unified Advantage Consultancy (UACC) is seeking a highly driven and experienced hospitality professional to oversee a rapidly expanding portfolio of tourism projects across Kerala and Tamil Nadu. In this foundational role, you will be the key manager responsible for evaluating, acquiring, and operating various hospitality assets, including premium apartments, villas, and resorts.

Based in Kochi, we are currently receiving a high volume of inbound inquiries for property management and takeovers. You will serve as the primary decision-maker on the ground for evaluating these opportunities, closing deals, and ensuring the successful, profitable operation of acquired properties across the region. As the division grows, you will also play a crucial role in building your own operations and support team.

Key Responsibilities

· Project Acquisition & Feasibility: Conduct site visits for prospective hospitality properties (villas, resorts, serviced apartments) across Kerala and Tamil Nadu. Perform comprehensive feasibility studies and financial viability assessments for each inquiry.

· Deal Closure & Onboarding: Lead negotiations and finalize agreements to bring viable properties under our management portfolio (whether through acquisition, leasing, or operations-only contracts).

· Operations & Profitability: Oversee the end-to-end operations of the properties. Ensure high standards of guest experience and optimize operational efficiency to drive consistent profitability.

· Platform Management: Strategize and manage property listings across major booking platforms (e.g., Airbnb, MakeMyTrip, Cleartrip) to maximize occupancy and revenue.

· Team Building: Act as the foundational manager for this vertical. Strategize workforce requirements, recruit top talent, and build a high-performing operations team as the portfolio scales.





· Strategic Growth: Identify market trends and proactively source new hospitality projects to expand UACC's footprint in the South Indian tourism sector.

Requirements & Qualifications

· 10+ years of proven experience in hospitality management, business development, or hospitality operations.

· Hands-on experience in managing acquired properties, leased properties, or handling operations-only management contracts.

· Strong track record in deal-making, contract negotiation, and closing B2B agreements.

· Deep understanding of hospitality unit economics, profitability metrics, and feasibility analysis.

· Familiarity with online travel agencies (OTAs) and property management systems.

· Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the entrepreneurial mindset required to build a division from the ground up.

· Willingness to travel frequently across Kerala and Tamil Nadu for site visits and client meetings.

· Preferred Qualification: Direct experience in real estate acquisition within the tourism and hospitality sector is highly advantageous (but not strictly mandatory if you have strong operations and business development experience).

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
