Job Description – PVC Moulding Supervisor

Location: Lihigao, Kamptee Road
Experience: 2–5 Years (Preferred)

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise daily PVC moulding production activities.
- Operate and monitor PVC moulding machines and ensure smooth production.
- Maintain product quality and minimize rejection and wastage.
- Manage manpower allocation and shift activities.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance when required.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain workplace discipline.
- Maintain production reports and records.

Requirements

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or a related field preferred.
- Experience in PVC moulding or plastic manufacturing.
- Knowledge of machine operation, production processes, and quality control.
- Positive supervisory, communication, and problem-solving skills.
