We are looking for an experienced Workday Developer with strong expertise in Workday integrations, HCM configuration, and integration development to build, maintain, and optimize Workday solutions and integrations with internal and external systems.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Extend, EIBs, and connectors.

Build integrations for third-party payroll systems and external applications using APIs and integration tools.

Configure Workday HCM business processes, security, custom reports, alerts, and notifications.

Develop and support inbound EIBs, PECI/PICOF, Core Connectors, and other integration frameworks.

Gather business requirements and develop technical documentation, specifications, and user guides.

Troubleshoot production issues, manage integration requests through Jira, and prioritize issues based on business impact.

Support users through knowledge transfer, training, and functional guidance.

Ensure quality,



reliability, and continuous improvement of Workday solutions.

Mandatory Skills

5+ years of experience in HR technology.

3+ years of hands-on experience in Workday integrations.

Robust knowledge of Workday Studio, EIBs, Core and Packaged Connectors, PECI/PICOF, WECI, BIRT, and document transformation.

Hands-on experience with Workday HCM configuration, business processes, security, custom reports, alerts, and notifications.

Strong understanding of SOAP APIs, REST APIs, and Import API patterns.

Excellent communication, analytical, and business analysis skills.

Preferred Skills

Workday Extend and Orchestration experience.

Payroll integrations.

Experience with automation and AI-related integrations.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
