Job Summary – Academic Counsellor TruIntel Reform Foundation is hiring an Academic Counsellor for its office in Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi. The role involves outbound calling, counselling prospective customers about POSH Prevention & Certification and Honorary Doctorate Recognition programmes, explaining programme benefits, handling queries and objections, following up with leads, converting prospects into enrolments, and maintaining customer records while achieving sales targets. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of sales experience. Telesales, customer counselling, or B2C sales experience is preferred. Candidates should have strong communication and persuasion skills, be comfortable with outbound calls and target-based work, and be disciplined with follow-ups. Graduates are preferred.
