1. Manage and Execute retail store construction projects from planning through completion and handover.
2. Handle laboratory construction projects , including civil works , execution and site coordination with Wenders
3. Manage small -format retail stores, projects including planning , designing, execution and coordination.
4. conduct regular site coordination and inspection to ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
5.Moniter project costs and ensure work is complete within the approved budget.
6. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for procurements, material delivery and execution.
7. Coordinate projects handover snag rectification and final completion activities .
8. Provide regular project progress reports to management
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Diploma in civil engineering / bachelors in civil engineering
* 6-10 years of relevant experience in civil project managements
*Strong experience in in retail store construction and laboratory construction will be an advantage.
* Valuable communication ,negotiation and problem -solving skills.
* Strong knowledge of budgeting , cost estimation BOQ and Project planning
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict project deadlines.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office /Excel is preferred.
