Job Summary

We are looking for a street-smart, proactive, and detail-oriented candidate with a good understanding of garment sampling, fabrics, materials, and stock flow. The role involves managing the end-to-end product process, from sampling and vendor coordination to purchase orders, accessories, inventory inwards, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Sampling & Materials: Share design files, size charts, and tech packs with vendors; follow up weekly on samples; coordinate design reviews with sample photos, sizes, sample numbers, and vendor details; communicate feedback and ensure revisions.
- Costing & Purchase Orders: Obtain final COGS after sample approval, get Finance approval before raising restock POs, include size-wise quantities and PO numbers, and track vendor ETAs.
- Restocking: Take Marketing confirmation for restocks, share requirements with vendors, and prioritize broken sizes, fabric shortages, and quantity changes.
- Accessories Management: Coordinate accessory dispatch and receipt, update tracking details in the Accessory Sheet,



and reorder rolling-stock accessories when quantities fall below 10,000 units.
- Shoot Samples: Coordinate shoot sample handovers and maintain records in the designated group.
- Inventory & Inwards: Record daily inward stock and date-wise invoices in coordination with Finance; maintain accurate inventory and vendor records.
- Reporting: Share daily inward reports and weekly product/sample updates; maintain all sheets under a single dashboard.
- Vendor & Team Coordination: Maintain vendor communication in designated WhatsApp groups and coordinate with Design, Marketing, Finance, Content, and Warehouse teams to resolve issues promptly.

Required Skills

- 0–3 years of experience in supply chain, merchandising, stock flow, or inventory management.
- Good understanding of garment sampling, fabrics, materials, size charts, and production processes.
- Street-smart, practical, and solution-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and vendor management abilities.
- Working knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel and inventory tracking.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines.
- Fashion, apparel, or D2C e-commerce experience preferred.
