- Machine Operation: Set up and operate high-precision Vertical and Horizontal Machining Centers (VMC/HMC) to produce engineering components.
- CNC Programming: Write, modify, and execute 2D and manual machine programs utilizing G-codes and M-codes.
- Setup & Tooling: Perform complete tool setting, adjust work coordinates, and fine-tune geometry or wear offsets for maximum accuracy.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished parts using precision tools to ensure strict adherence to engineering drawings and GD&T; blueprints.
- Troubleshooting: Monitor cutting processes in real-time, correct runtime errors, and conduct routine machine maintenance.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
