About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment coordination, employee engagement, attendance management, and HR documentation. The candidate should have good communication skills, qualified conduct, and the ability to handle employees efficiently.

The selected candidate will work closely under the guidance and reporting structure of the Senior HR team.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment and interview coordination
- Manage employee onboarding and documentation
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR reports
- Support employee engagement and HR activities
- Coordinate with different departments for HR-related tasks
- Maintain employee records and company policies




- Assist in performance management and employee communication
- Ensure discipline and professional work culture in the organization

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related field
- 06 months -1.5 years of HR experience preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Good knowledge of MS Office and documentation

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
