Job Description:

Must have HR Experience from Hotel industry.

Manage end-to-end recruitment process.

Maintain employee records, personal files, attendance, and HRMIS updates.

Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and leave management.

Coordinate monthly payroll inputs: attendance, overtime, leave deductions.

Assist with PF, ESI, Qualified Tax, and other statutory filings.

Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulatory compliance.

Promote a positive and productive workplace culture.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
