Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Technical Recruiter with experience in IT and Semiconductor/VLSI recruitment to work with our client, Neurealm. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements and sourcing candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Candidates with hands-on experience in technical hiring and the ability to join immediately will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT, Semiconductor, and VLSI engineering positions.

Understand job descriptions and technical requirements in coordination with hiring managers.

Source candidates through job portals, referrals, internal databases, and other recruitment channels.

Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and suitability.

Recruit for roles across software engineering, embedded systems, semiconductor design, and VLSI domains.

Coordinate technical interviews, gather feedback, and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring teams.

Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts,



candidate follow-ups, and joining formalities.

Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche and specialized technical positions.

Ensure timely closures while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Meet recruitment targets, turnaround times, and client hiring expectations.

Required Skills

2–5 years of experience in IT recruitment, Semiconductor recruitment, or VLSI recruitment.

Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.

Experience sourcing candidates for technical and niche engineering roles.

Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.

Good understanding of technical job descriptions and relevant skill sets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a target-driven environment.

Strong follow-up, coordination, and candidate relationship management skills.

Interested candidates with relevant IT and/or Semiconductor/VLSI recruitment experience can share their updated resumes along with their current location, total experience, relevant recruitment experience, current CTC, expected CTC, and notice period.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
