Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Commercial / Collections Executive to lead and manage the commercial functions of our organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills who can drive business profitability, manage contracts, ensure compliance, and support cross-functional teams in achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Timely raising of invoices and collection of payments every month.
- Draft, evaluate, and negotiate client and vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
- Manage end-to-end commercial operations including pricing strategies, revenue assurance, and margin analysis.
- Collaborate with the sales and business development teams for pricing proposals, tenders, and client negotiations.
- Oversee vendor procurement, negotiation, and cost optimization initiatives.




- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across all commercial activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all contracts, renewals, amendments, and commercial correspondence.
- Prepare periodic reports for senior management, highlighting commercial KPIs and performance insights.
- Act as the point of contact for resolving commercial disputes and queries across internal and external stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Graduate with proven experience (6+ years) in a commercial , collections or contract management role, preferably in an IT or ERP-based company.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and financial acumen.
- Sound knowledge of contract law, risk assessment, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and lead commercial decision-making processes

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
