- Lead end to end MEP Planning and execution across projects.
- Review MEP designs, drawings, specifications and technical submissions. Drive quality, safety and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Ensure seamless coordination between design consultants, contractors and project teams.
- Manage project timelines, budgets and resource planning for MEP activities. Resolve technical challenges while maintaining project efficiency.
- Support value engineering initiatives without compromising performance or quality.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical / mechanical engineering.
- 15+ years of experience in construction management / PMC roles.
- Proven experience in corporate offices, IT parks, commercial buildings, and high-end interior fit-out projects.
- Robust exposure to client-side project management and consultant coordination.
Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
