Luminarch Builders Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Planning Engineer – Civil to handle project planning, scheduling, progress tracking, and coordination to support timely project completion.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed project schedules and work plans.
- Monitor project progress against planned schedules.
- Track project milestones and identify delays.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and other teams.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Identify potential delays and assist in planning corrective actions.
- Update and maintain project schedules regularly.
- Provide planning and progress-related reports to management.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Positive understanding of construction planning and scheduling.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of relevant project planning tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines.
- Experienced candidates will be preferred.
